【明報文章】I would like to congratulate Ming Pao on their 60th anniversary. The independence and dedication of the editors and journalists is widely recognised and admired by many here in Hong Kong including those of us in the international community. The newspaper makes a major contribution to informing debate and raising important issues to the public’s attention and I wish Ming Pao every success in the future.
